Does blockchain upload have legal validity?

Not on its own. The legal value comes from the qualified eIDAS electronic timestamp (Regulation (EU) 910/2014) issued by a qualified trust service provider, which is presumed accurate in date, time and data integrity across the EU. The blockchain record of the SHA-256 hash adds an independent integrity proof.

How does the free plan work?

The free plan includes 3 passports with a public page, QR code, and section-level privacy. PDF/JSON download, blockchain notarization, team management, and private sections require a paid plan.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Your existing data and passports are maintained. In case of downgrade, existing passports remain, but you cannot create new ones beyond the new limit.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Your passports are not deleted: published pages and QR codes stay online. With more than 3 passports you cannot publish new versions until you upgrade again. You can delete your data at any time.
