What the Battery Regulation requires
Annex XIII of Regulation 2023/1542 lists 71 data points: chemistry, capacity, carbon footprint (CF), recycled content, durability, SOH, supply chain and end-of-life instructions. Data must be accessible via QR and GS1 Digital Link, with tiered access (public, legitimate interest, authorities).
